Fancy improving your running technique or learning how to structure your running sessions?
Ability level: Beginners | Intermediate | Advanced
Venue: Sir Mo Farah Athletics Track, Waldegrave Rd, Strawberry Hill, TwickenhamTW1 4SX
These sessions are suited for runners of all abilities. Whether you are new to running and wanting to improve your form and technique or you are a seasoned runner and are looking for more speed in your legs.
Don’t let the athletics track scare you! Running on a track is great for coaching and training because it removes a number of variables and allows both the coach and runner to monitor and measure progress.
Most importantly of all these sessions are FUN and the running track creates a safe space that means you don’t have to worry about roads and junctions but also provides that little bit of cushioning that tarmac does not.
Come give it a go, meet fellow runners and we promise you’ll enjoy it!
